She has pursued her Diploma in Basic Nutrition from Sophia College, Mumbai. She has further developed her expertise in highly effective and result driven Diet Counselling Programs. Priya has volunteered for various organisations and provided nutritional services to a variety of Working Professionals, Business Owners, Housewives, Young College Students and others.

A mother of two daughters, Priya has always focused on a balanced and nutritious diet which keeps one energised whole day and enhances overall personality.

Priya’s Nutrition Counselling Program is different because it doesn’t tell you to change your eating habits and taste completely; if you like to eat Samosa you can eat it, if you like to eat Pizza you can eat Pizza; it doesn’t tell an American to eat Indian, or to a Gujarati to eat South Indian, or a South Indian to eat Punjabi, or a Goan Seafood lover to eat Vegetarian…

One doesn’t have to buy highly exotic and costly food items to remain fit, all food recipes advised are purely within an Individual’s Income level and affordability; it comes from your own kitchen. Priya has always believed that all we eat on regular basis is nutritious and healthy, if cooked properly and a right portion size with appropriate combination is taken at a right time.
